myHRdept Employee Survey Options

Our standard survey covers 9 topics that have been proven to drive employee engagement. Through a mix of multiple  choice and open questions we can quickly help you understand the top priority areas for your organisation. As well as setting the question set, myHRdept will carry out thorough data analysis on your behalf. The survey ends with open-ended questions tailored for you so you can gain greater insight into how employees feel about your organisation. The survey should take your employees no more than 5 minutes to complete. Extra support hours are available for the survey if necessary.

What’s included:

Time Allocated (typically)

An introductory teams call with  one of our HR experts  to discuss what you are hoping to achieve, your timeline and to give an overview of the survey topics and methodology.

Designing and setting up your 15-question online survey including your logo, colours and tailored questions

30 mins

Five e-mail communications for you to send out to your employees: 1) ‘We are conducting an employee survey’ video for your employees explaining all about the survey; 2) ‘Welcome to the survey’ email with a survey link and timelines; 3) ’Survey reminder’ email to encourage completion; 4) ’24 hours to go!’ email – a final push to get as many people as possible to complete before the survey deadline expires; 5) ‘Survey now closed’ email thanks employees and sets out next steps.

Processing your results and producing a personalised survey report of your results

3 hours

An ‘interpreting the data’ teams call with onew of our HR experts to discuss the report in depth including your employees’ feedback and highest and lowest scoring areas. This includes a discussion about your people agenda and any possible courses of action you may wish to take to act upon the results of your survey.

A follow up report with conclusions and recommendations based on your survey results and our discussions on your people agenda

Our in-depth advanced survey package allows you to design your own 25-question survey with our support and guidance. Initial questions allow you to break down your employee data by two demographic factors e.g age/gender. The next questions are multiple choice so we can quickly help you understand the top priority areas for your employees through our data analysis. Select from our bank of over 100 questions or let us help you write your own. The survey ends with open-ended questions tailored for you so you can gain greater insight into how your employees feel about your business. The survey should take your employees no more than 10 minutes to complete.
