By choosing HR Access you are opting to set up your compliance system yourself using our document builder and resources to help you.  Under HR Outsource by contrast we will undertake the work on your behalf, with packages starting at £80 pcm + vat.  Included in HR Access:
  • Enter your employees details in the ‘my employees’ section – myHRdept’s document builder draws on this information
  • Create as many documents as you need to in the year, storing copies of the documents on-line in ‘my employees’ and ‘my documents’.
  • Documents produced in MS Word format allowing easy re-use and future updates
  • Save time by copying an existing document as a template where much of the information is common eg. contracts of employment
  • Access to our documents, contracts, policies, procedures, letters, forms and guides
  • Access to our HR advice service – we will give you 2 hours of support to deal with reasonable level of advice to help you in managing your HR issues in line with your business needs

myHRdept.co.uk’s document library works on the information you enter a) when you register with the site and b) when you enter your employee’s details. The document builder draws on this information to save you time in typing, for example, your Company name and address every time you want to create a letter. Without the registration information, your document would contain blank fields.
