Would you like myHRdept to carry out disciplinary, performance or absence investigations for you?

In small companies it isn’t always easy to carry out investigations or performance/absence reviews, sometimes because of workload, sometimes because of the closeness of the working environment. It’s critical that processes are completed thoroughly and properly – an otherwise fair dismissal can be ruined by the lack of a decent process. We can take away all of the stress and workload and carry out these processes on your behalf. To investigate a disciplinary offence for example, we will interview the alleged offender and witnesses and review other evidence before handing over a full pack to the employer ready for the hearing, we can even be at the hearing if you want us to.

myHRdept premium plus customers will benefit from a reduced hourly rate of only £90 per hour + vat & expenses for these services*. Travel time is not chargeable if the required work is within a 1 hour public transport or car journey from our Maidenhead offices (but is otherwise charged at £45 per hour.) If you are not an existing premium plus client you can benefit from these services too from £130 per hour, (travel time of more than an hour remains the same at £45 per hour.) We will provide an estimate for each case in advance. New customers must settle 50% of the estimated bill in advance, the balance within 30 days of invoice. We have £1m professional indemnity insurance covering negligence, loss of client data etc.
