June video briefing
In this month’s video myHRdept’s Amy talks about our compliance training, and Elana will give an update on some new employment laws that might come our way…and I say might because a lot of them are still in the form of private members bills, and they have a habit of getting thrown out, or at best considerably watered down….so don’t panic if you see something you don’t like in Elana’s round up.
Monthly compliance training
Returning to compliance training, each month we’ll feature one really important topic for your due diligence training programme and provide you with easy & quick solutions for informing and upskilling your managers and staff…. honestly, our toolkit will take very little time to deploy and WILL strengthen your legal defences AND cost you NOTHING! Not even a support hour.
For the month of June, our focus will be on WORKPLACE BULLYING, something that affects 1 in 4 UK employees – you can read about it by clicking here.
We’ve put together a comprehensive and yet time-efficient training & information program to tackle bullying head-on – this contains and information video made by me – you can use that for your staff, there’s also an employer’s information with a suggested timetable for you to follow and two beautifully drafted emails for you to send to your team – dead easy, well worth the effort and, if you’re a myHRdept retained client, free.
It might be good idea too for you to attend our HR & employment law drop in session on the 28th June. It’s virtual, it’s free and it’s a good way to find out more about this month’s topic or to ask any HR-related topic you want to. If this proves popular we’ll do them every month, or perhaps every other month.
Lastly a reminder to follow us on linkedin and twitter for latest news and information.
See you in July!
