Is it safe to use my credit card over the internet?
What equipment do I need to use this site?
A computer, a printer and enough A4 paper to print your purchased documents. It would be useful (though not essential) for you to have an e-mail account so that we can e-mail your documents to you. Your computer will need to have ‘Adobe Reader’ installed on it. The vast majority of computers already have this, but if you find yours doesn’t, download a copy for free from www.adobe.com.
What could go wrong?
I have saved copies of documents but can't find them.
