This simple compromise agreement to be define mutually agreed terms for terminating the employment contract.
Under the terms of a Compromise Agreement the employee waives any rights to legal recourse against the employer and agrees to honour relevant contractual terms, and in return the employer promises the employee a reference, a lump sum payment and possibly other benefits.
