Full contract of employment (construction/building/roofing industry)

This comprehensive contract of employment is suitable for all staff and managers in the construction industry (building, roofing etc) whose terms do not include company cars, healthcare or accommodation. Variables include:

Work Locations
TUPE transfers or previous qualifying service
Probationary periods
Zero hours contracts
Weekend and bank holiday working
Variable working hours and enforced holiday
Sick pay
Notice periods
Pension schemes

Other optional clauses include:

Temporary/fixed term or permanent employment
Not undertaking 'Cash Work'
Health and safety responsibilities
Use of vehicle/standards expected and responsibility for fines etc
Cleaning up sites at the end of work & health and safety considerations
Annual holidays & Christmas shutdown
Paying for the replacement of company property/PPE etc damaged by employees
Standards of behaviour when working with the public/on public premises including offensive material e.g. nude newspaper pictures etc
Reporting wrongdoing of other staff
Restricting employees from working for other employers/Working time regulations
Right to search
Restrictive Covenants including not setting up competing business, copying specialist processes
Witness signatory section for Scottish jurisdiction
