Letter confirming an amendment to a contractual term
This letter advises an employee about a change to their terms and conditions of employment. This change could be a change of job title, location, holiday entitlement, hours etc. The change should not be major enough to warrant a whole new contract of employment.The letter requires the employee to indicate their acceptance by signing and returning a copy of the letter. The letter confirms that all other terms of employment are unaffected by this change.
