Employer's Guide to Managing Absence

This guide explains the various reasons behind attendance/absence issues, and how each case should be dealt with. Dealing with an attendance issue inappropriately could prove disastrous to an employer so it is important to understand exactly what you are dealing with before tackling an employee's absence.
