This checklist is a helpful tool to make sure all the key aspects of an employee's induction to the company have been completed.

An effective induction will dramatically improve the speed with which an employee settles into their new company/role, and therefore, the speed with which they become effective. In addition, as an employer it is your responsibility to ensure that employees fully understand the company's policies and procedures, particulary with regard to discrimination and harassment - this document provides proof that such issues have been covered with the employee.
